針對 Office Picture Manager突然開啟變慢的問題，原因是檔案OIScatalog.cag中引用了不存在的路徑。解決方式為刪除OIS目錄中的檔案即可，XP跟Win7的路徑不同，操作步驟如下：

Win7

1. Type %localappdata% into the command line ….. go

2. This gets you to … Computer>Windows7 (C:)>Users > (Your Profile) >AppData>Local

    Select the Microsoft Folder

3.  Select the OIS Folder and delete the OIS file.

Windows XP

1. Go to File OIScatalog.cag that is in your LOCAL Profile %\Documents and Settings\<YOUR_PROFILE>\LocalSettings\Application Data\Microsoft\OIS%

2. Look for "MRU PATH" and Delete all paths that your are sure no longer exist, this can be the Goal
